Refund and Returns Policy

At Aastha Enterprise, we take great pride in the quality and reliability of our home and kitchen appliances. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, and the shipping charges are non-refundable. Replacements

If your Aastha home or kitchen appliance is damaged or has technical issues, we offer a customer replacement program. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds for Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds for Gift Items

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Refunds for Late or Missing Items
